The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore published an AIP Supplement – AIP SUP016/2019-3 – on Feb. 15 and section 2.10 stated that the “Arrestor hookwire” is now installed on runway 02R/20L.
Both sets of hookwire are located 490m from the runway’s threshold.
The runway currently serves the F-16D+ fighters from 145 Squadron and the new A330 MRTT.
