Taiwan Ministry of National Defense has refutes news that the AIM-120 parts found by India was from the island.
Media and online reports had said that missile came from Taiwan based on the contract number – FA8675-05-C-0070 – found on the parts. However, that same contract number was used in the sale of 500 AIM-120C-5 missiles to Pakistan in Nov, 2006, Pentagon archives show.
