Russia starts upgrade of Il-80, Il-82 airborne command posts; create Mi-38 command post

Russia’s Deputy Defense Minister Alexei Krivoruchko said work on to upgrade the Il-80 and Il-82 airborne command posts has commence.

He added that the Mi-38 will have an airborne command post variant as well.
