Chinese researchers have managed to produce new helicopter rotors that has a higher fatigue life.

Engineers at Changhe Aircraft Industry (Group) Corporation Ltd worked with scientists from Northwestern Polytechnical University and the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials for the new rotor.
The life span is said to have doubled compare to existing method.
