A-10C accidentally fires M156 rocket

An A-10C assigned to the 354th Fighter Squadron had accidentally fired a M156 rocket during a training mission on Sept. 5.

The M156 rocket contains white phosphorus for targeting purpose.

It hit an uninhabited and remote area near Mount Graham, Tucson.
