South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) office has said that the country is now in talks to link South Korea’s 2nd Master Control and Report Center (MCRC) and China’s Eastern Theater Command.
A hotline to link the South Korean and Russian Air Forces are also being discussed.
