The U.S. Air Force has deployed its B-2 stealth bomber at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal, on Mar. 9. The aircraft came from the 509th Bomb Wing and the 131st Bomb Wing.

They were dragged across the Atlantic by KC-10s from 305th Air Mobility Wing.
European Command said in the press release that the “aircraft will operate out of various military installations in the U.S. European Command’s area of responsibility.”
