Six Spanish Air Force F/A-18s have taken over the Baltic Air Policing mission starting from this month.

The Spaniards are augmented by the French Air Force with four Mirage 2000 fighters stationed in Estonia. Three British Eurofighters will operate out of Siauliai airbase in Lithuania together with Spain.
