Asahi Shimbun reported that Japan’s Ministry of Defense is investigating into a cyberattack at Mitsubishi Electric Corp that could have resulted in a leak of data on a missile being develop.

The data stolen relates to the performance requirements for the missile, Mitsubishi Electric did not win the bid to develop the missile.
