A Ghana Air Force Z-9EH helicopter, # GHF 630, has crash landed in Kumbungu District on Jun. 25 at 1725 hours local time.

The crew noticed an issue with the tail rotor and made the emergency landing. There were eight people on board the helicopter, four are crew members. All on board the helicopter did not suffer any injuries and were recovered by another helicopter within minutes.
The crash site has been secured and the manufacturer China National Aero-Technology Import and Export Corporation (CATIC) is providing all technical support.
