MiG killer gets new tail flash to mark 60th anniversary of Japan and U.S. defense alliance

The jet scored a MiG-23 during the first Gulf War on Jan. 26, 1991 using a AIM-7 missile.

The new paint scheme pays homage to the F-100 that the 67th Fighter Squadron flew 60 years ago.
