Delivery of C-130 to Philippine Air Force delayed again

The Philippine Air Force will now have to wait till October to take delivery of a C-130 after the United States informed Manila that it is not possible to fly the aircraft over to Philippines this month due to COVID-18.

Another C-130 secheduled to be delivered at the end of the year will only be going home on 2021 instead.
