The director of Shipyard No. 10 in Polyarny, Russia has been arrested for embezzling $589 million that has been allocated for the repair of aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov.

Yevgeny Zudin was arrested on Mar. 18 and he is under custody for two months.
Zudin had claimed that 23,000 work hours were spent repairing the warship when in reality, only 13,000 hours was taken.
