A former U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) V-22 test pilot has urged the U.S. Army select the Defiant-X as its next helicopter instead of the V-280.
Scott Trail says based on the Army’s mission objectives, the compound helicopter is the better choice and cheaper solution.
