USAF demonstrates conversion of Jet A-1 to JP-8 in Saudi Arabia

Last month, the U.S. Air Force’s 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron carried out a demonstration to covert commercial-grade aircraft fuel (Jet A-1) into military-grade aircraft fuel (JP-8) at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Saudi Arabia.

Three F-22s were scrambled after Russian bombers approach Hawaii

Three F-22s were scrambled from Hawaii on Jun. 13 and the U.S. military and the FAA were not willing to disclose the reason, now CBS has reported that the fighters were launched together with a KC-135 after Russian bombers approach the island.

North American Aerospace Defense Command F-22 fighter aircraft, supported by E-3 airborne warning and control system and KC-135 refueler aircraft, intercepted two Russian Tu-95 bombers escorted by two Su-35 fighter aircraft late Monday evening.
