Iraq’s Defense Minister Jumma Inad Sadoon has indicated that his country intends to buy 12 T129 attack helicopters from Turkey.

Sadoon also revealed that a consensus has been reached with Turkey with regards to the purchase of the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned air vehicle (UAV).
He held discussions with Turkish defense officials during the visit to International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2021) last week.
