Russia is reviving the S-550 mobile anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system that the Soviet Union had canceled in the 1980s.
Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu revealed the intention during a meeting with his commanders. Shoigu said the order came from President Vladimir Putin.
