Turkey hopes that this will bring opportunities for its pilots to train on the Qatari Rafales.
This was disclosed in the minutes of a meeting by the Turkish parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee that met on Nov. 30. Lawmaker Gülüstan Kiliç Koçyiğit was quoted as saying that the agreement allows Qatar to deploy the Rafale in Turkey.
