“The Ministry of Defense has received French-made GM403 radars, two out of four, while they will arrive successively in Iraq at the end of this month,” Saadoun was quoted as saying.

The last radar will arrive in the first quarter of next year.

Thales said in July that it will supply Iraq with four GM403 air defense radars under a contract that will include a command and operations center.
