As a chief warrant officer 2 with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Curt Lambert UH-1H “659″ during missions in Vietnam. He recently reunite with his helicopter after 40 years when he found it at National Training Center Fort Irwin, California.

A video has been posted on YouTube showing a U.S. Army Apache pilot trying to show-off in front of a camp in Paktika province, Afghanistan. The pilot failed to recover from a steep turn and the helicopter slammed into the ground. Fortunately, none of the crew or anyone on the ground were injured.
