S-300 delivery for Iran delayed till to technical reasons
Moscow has indicated that the S-300 missile system for Iran has been delayed due to "technical problems." Alexander Fomin, deputy head of Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, told Interfax news agency that delivery will start once they are resolved.

Major General Hassan Firouzabadi, the chief of staff of Iran's armed forces, has criticized Moscow for delaying the delivery of the S-300 missile system for more than six months. "We are unhappy with the Russian friends up north," Firouzabadi said.
"Why don’t the defensive S-300 missiles get permission to be sent for Iran’s defense purpose as agreed between the two countries? It has been more than six months since they should have been delivered to Iran by Russia."
Iran Defense Minister: Russia must honor S-300 deal. Russia still reviewing
Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi says Moscow must meet its contractual obligation to deliver the S-300 missile system to his nation. "We have a contract with Russia to buy S-300 missiles. I don't think it is right for Russia to be seen in the world as a country which does not fulfil its contractual obligations," Vahidi told the ILNA news agency.

A senior Iranian lawmaker warned Russia that it must not delay delivery of the S-300 missile system that it promised to sell to Iran. "If Russia does not keep its promises to deliver the missiles, then it would be a negative point in our relations," Alaeddin Boroujerdi, head of parliament's foreign policy and national security committee, said in comments carried by official news agency ISNA.

Delivery of S-300 denied
Moscow on Monday refuted an Iranian lawmaker's statement that Russia has agreed on the delivery of the S-300 missile system to Iran. "The information on the delivery of S-300 air-defence systems to Iran, which has appeared in certain media outlets, does not correspond to reality," Russia's military-technical cooperation agency said in a statement.
Iran's Foreign Ministry also will not confirm or deny the statement by the Deputy Head of the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission.
"The Foreign Ministry has not yet received anything final in this regard, therefore I can neither confirm nor deny this agreement," Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hassan Qashqavi told reporters.
