Bids fall short for ex-Soviet aircraft carrier
An attempt to auction off ex-Soviet aircraft carrier Minsk has failed after three potential buyers said the starting price of 128 million yuan was too high.
The ship had to be auction off after its owner Minsk World Industries Co. Ltd. was declared bankrupt.
