China Plans to Make Russian Aircraft Carrier Into Artificial Reef
A marine specialist has proposed that China turn the ex-Soviet aircraft carrier Minsk into an artificial reef in Hong Kong waters.
The carrier could be towed to the waters off Hong Kong's eastern New Territories and sink between two islands near Sai Kung. This will help rejuvenate the underwater life for the entire eastern coastline of Hong Kong.
