Senate Appropriators Boost Funding For C-17, Osprey
The U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee recommended $227.5 million for the procurement for more C-17s in fiscal 2008.
The committee included $230 million in unrequested funds to buy three V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft as well.
