Israel’s Protests Are Said to Stall Gulf Arms Sale
The Bush administration has delayed an arms package that includes precision-guided weapons to Saudi Arabia and other Gulf allies after objections from Israel.
U.S. officials told New York Times that Israel is concerned that these precision-guided weapons could vastly upgrade the striking ability of Saudi warplanes.
