Boeing Completes 1st Aerial Refuelings of 737 for Australia's Wedgetail AEW&C Program
RAAF's 737-700 AEW&C has received fuel in mid-air for the first time. The first refueling took place on Jan. 7 above Edwards Air Force Base.
The Wedgetail took on fuel from a U.S. Air Force KC-10 tanker. The same feat was repeated with a KC-135 on Jan. 10.
