China proposed to withdraw missiles if Taiwan withdraw troops from island

U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein told Taiwan’s government that China is willing to withdraw its missiles aim at the island if Taiwan agrees to withdraw some troops from a strategic island located off the coast of China.
