GE says F135 and F136 can co-exist on carriers

U.S. Navy’s CNO Gary Roughead previously said he doesn’t want the F136 on board his carriers as they will increase the maintenance footprint. Now GE has refuted that.

Possible sale of 209 Patriot GEM-T to Kuwait

The U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency has notified Congress Aug. 10 of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Kuwait of 209 MIM-104E PATRIOT Guidance Enhanced Missile-T (GEM-T) Missiles for an estimated cost of $900 million.

Air Force Two flips Piper Cub

A USAF C-32, a version of the 757, carrying U.S. Vice President Joe Biden flipped a Piper Cub whilst it was taxiing for take-off from West Hampton airport in New York state.
