It refuses to go away; A-12 case to be heard in U.S. Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court has decided to hear the case involving the cancellation of the U.S. Navy’s A-12 stealth warplane.

An Appeals court had previously ruled against Boeing and General Dynamics, contractors building the plane, and made them pay damages to the U.S. government.
