Obama loosens sanctions to allow C-130s to land in China

U.S. President Barack Obama has decided to loosen arms sanctions of C-130 aircraft to China in order for the aircraft to be used to fight oil spills in China.

These aircraft are operated by companies in Southeast Asia to clean up oil spills. The waiver will allow these aircraft to land and refuel, or reload chemicals in Chinese territory.
