Corroded valves lead to twin-engine failure of RSAF Apache

Singapore’s Defense Minister Teo Chee Hean told parliament that corrosion of the Anti-Ice Start Bleed Valve (AISBV) on both engines of RSAF Apache, tail no. 069, lead to an in-flight engine failure last month.
