U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton accused Syria of supplying ballistic missiles, include Scud-Ds, to Hezbollah, according to newly released WikiLeaks documents.
The cable, sent in February, came one week after Syrian President Bashar Assad assured a senior U.S. diplomat that no new weapons systems were being delivered to Hezbollah.
