Lead investigator of CV-22 crash has different opinion from official conclusion

Brig. Gen. Donald Harvel, the Accident Investigation Board’s president into the crash of a CV-22 in Afghanistan, concluded engine power loss as a possible cause. However, the USAF did not agree to the conclusion.

First C-130J for Indian Air Force delivered
