A-10 making emergency landing at Nellis dropped 2 MK82s, 1 exploded

A USAF A-10 making an emergency landing at Nellis Air Force Base dropped two MK82 bombs in a safe zone five miles north of Nellis Air Force Base on Friday, one of the bombs exploded on impact.

Deptula: J-20 first flight a “wake-up call”

Retired USAF Lt. Gen David Deptula said the emergence of the Chengdu J-20 is a “wake-up call” and decision-makers should “reconsider the closure of the F-22 [production] line.”

Afghan Air Force Reaches Milestone: 2,000 C-27 Hours Flown

The Afghan Air Force, with NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan support, reached 2,000 hours of flight time in the C-27A Spartan aircraft during a passenger transport mission from Kabul to the Kandahar Feb. 10.
