Taiwan President apologizes personally to family of executed Air Force private

Taiwan President Ma Ying-jeou yesterday apologized personally to the family of Air Force private Chiang Kuo-ching, who was wrongfully executed by the military 14 years ago for the rape and murder of a five-year-old girl.
