Two Chinese C-704 anti-ship missiles with Farsi-language manuals were found by Israeli commandos when they raided a cargo ship on Tuesday morning.
The Liberian-flagged Victoria was intercepted 200 miles west of Israel. It had originated in the port of Latakia in Syria.
