Six MV-22s from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 266 returned back to USS Kearsarge from Afghanistan after a 15-hour flight.

The journey was not possible without help from VMGR-252 which provided two KC-130Js to refuel them along the journey across three continents.
