PLA’s 2nd Artillery expanding missile infrastructure opposite Taiwan

In his blog, Mark Stokes, executive director of the Project 2049 Institute, examines the expansion of the PLA Second Artillery Force’s infrastructure opposite Taiwan.

Stokes concluded that the current expansion is “PLA’s desire to coerce Taiwan into a political settlement on unfavorable terms.”
