French Ambassador to Malta, Daniel Rondeau, told reporters that a French Air Force Mirage F1 that made an emergency landing in Malta on Saturday was ten minutes away from crashing.

Three Slovenian PC-9s put out of action by mice

Rodent infestation at a Slovenian air base seriously damage three Pilatus PC-9 trainers. The aircraft were moved out of their hangars last year and mice ate away their wiring for lunch.
