U.S. Navy could delay CVN-79 by 2 years, trim 1 carrier

U.S. Rep. Randy Forbes said on Tuesday the Navy could delay construction of USS John F. Kennedy (CVN 79) by two years and remove one aircraft carrier from its long-term shipbuilding plan.
