Israel is looking into setting up an airborne hospital in the CH-53 or C-130. The upgrade of Unit 669’s medical capabilities is necessary as future conflicts could be far from Israel’s borders.

Air Force One flight plan leaked by Japanese air traffic controller
News reports from Japan say an air traffic controller at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport is being investigated for posting on his blog images of the flight plan of Air Force One during U.S. President Barack Obama’s visit to Japan last November.
