A U.S. Air Force F-16 pilot who died in a crash in the Nevada desert had blacked out from GLOC.
Capt. Eric Ziegler was in a mock dogfight at 18,000 feet with another pilot when the incident happened. Ziegler was to enroll in the USAF Weapons School and that was his final training exercise.
