Red Arrows pilot dies after ejection seat fired while on ground

A Red Arrows pilot died on Nov. 8 after being ejected from his aircraft while it was still on the ground.

The RAF said a full independent inquiry was being launched into the incident at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire.
