Airborne Laser program comes to an end
The Boeing Airborne Laser platform will finally be mothballed and the Pentagon will replace it with a new generation of lasers that could operate on unmanned aerial vehicles at very high altitudes.

USN MH-60S crashed, crew safe
A MH-60S from NAS Fallon went down Thursday morning near the Mountain Warfare Training Center. All five on board were able to walk away from the crash.
