Sweden approves Hungary’s lease of Gripens for another 10-years

The Swedish government has approved Hungary’s lease of Gripen fighters for another ten years. Hungarian Defense Minister Csaba Hende earlier said that extending the lease until 2026 would save the state HUF 63bn.

USAF to terminate Global Hawk Block 30, keep U-2 into 2020s

Reuters is reporting that the U.S. Air Force is terminating the Block 30 variant of the Global Hawk UAV and instead extend the life of its U-2 into the 2020s.
