A Russian engineer from the northern Plesetsk cosmodrome has been given a 13-year jail sentence for passing secret strategic missile data to the CIA.
Lt. Col. Vladimir Nesterets pleaded guilty to passing on classified information of the Topol-M in exchange for money.
