A RCAF CC-130 caught fire during take-off while training at NAS Key West on Feb. 20. The aircraft made a successful emergency landing and the fire was put out by an emergency crew at the base. Damage to the aircraft was reported to be extensive.

Russia warns Norway not to put Aegis on its warships
A Russia general has warned Norway not to equip its warships with Aegis ballistic missile defense system. Gen. Nikolai Makarov said Moscow will not accept Aegis ships operating near its Arctic territories or in the Black Sea.

TRACER radar deployed to support SOUTHCOM
