U.S. Navy to test Electromagnetic Railgun prototype launcher

18th Aggressor Squadron moving from Eielson to JBER

The U.S. Air Force plans to move the 18th Aggressor Squadron from Eielson Air Force Base to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The transfer of 21 F-16s will take place in fiscal year 2013.
