California Air National Guard’s 129th Rescue Wing carried out a long-range over-water mission to rescue two fishermen from a Chinese fishing boat 700 miles off the coast of Acapulco, Mexico on Mar. 12.

The mission was carried out by two MC-130P Combat Shadow aircraft and two HH-60Gs.
