A Libyan official was quoted by the Middle East News Agency (MENA) as saying that the UAE’s Mirage 2000 fleet could
be sold to his country once the UAE finalized a deal for Rafales.
But the UAE is not alone, Qatar has been said to be offering its 12 Mirage 2000s to Libya as well.
